新簽的英文工作合約看不太懂,麻煩高手幫我解答一下

因為最近新工作剛簽合約,說實在的看不太懂,麻煩高手解惑了

因為簽約兩年,想問如果沒做滿兩年,合約上的限制??這段我不太懂 感恩

Termination of service

On decision of discontinuation of employment, either party agrees to give one week's notice during the probationary period and thereafter two months notice in writing. The notice period must be worked and not offset against any outstanding leave.

In addition after the termination of this Agreement, the Employee expressly accepts that you shall not, directly or indirectly, hire ,solicit, or encourage to leave the employ of XXX公司,any person employed by XX公司

In case of early separation ,the employee may bear part of related training cost.

    決定終止僱用時,任一方同意在試用期時於終止前一周給予書面通知,過試期後需於二個月前給予書面通知。給予通知後至終止日期需視為有效工作天數,且不能和任何年假相抵銷。

    In addition after the termination of this Agreement, the Employee expressly accepts that you shall not, directly or indirectly, hire ,solicit, or encourage to leave the employ of XXX公司,any person employed by XX公司

    另外在本契約終止後,該受僱員工明確同意不應直接或間接僱用、請求或鼓勵任何XX公司之受僱員工離開XXX公司。

    In case of early separation ,the employee may bear part of related training cost.

    萬一提前離職,僱員可能需負擔部份的相關訓練之費用成本。

    懲罰條款的部份不是很清楚,好像就是最後一句而已。您有沒有契約的其他部份疑似懲罰條款的?

    服務終止

    中止的就業的決定,任何一方均同意給一星期的通知在試用期間和之後兩個月書面通知。通知期必須工作並不抵銷任何未決的許可。

    此外,本協定終止後員工明確接受保證,不會直接或間接地雇用、 索取,或鼓勵離開雇傭的 XXX公司,任何受雇于 XX公司

    早期分離,雇員可能承擔有關的培訓費用的一部分。

    當雇員決定要終止勞動契時

    either party agrees to give one week's notice during the probationary period and thereafter two months notice in writing.

    或著在試用期間公司同意給一個禮拜的預告薪資,在預告之後的2個月內.

    The notice period must be worked and not offset against any outstanding leave.

    在預告期間必須處理好所有事情,不可以有任何抵毀違反未清償的工作.

    另外,在終止勞動契約協議後,雇員應該明確了解並接受不可以直接,間接,雇用,請求,慫恿XXX公司的任何員工離開XXX公司.

    萬一提早離開,雇員需承擔部分相關的訓練費用.

    您看不懂還真不能怪您。這合約的英文實在是差了點。不知道是哪一個翻譯社翻的?還是老闆自己翻的?
