What are some traditional foods to Aquitaine France?

I need it for a project. What are some foods that are traditional the Aquitaine region specifically. Nothing like wine and cheese because that is all over France

Just because cheese is made all over France does not mean that the cheeses are all the same, and wine is not made "all over France". Bordeaux wine is extremely specific to the region and totally unlike wines made in Alsace for instance. It is just as if you said that you do not want to distinguish between toffee and marshmallow because they are sweets and sweets are sold all over. Yes, they are "sweets" but they are totally different.

However Aquitaine is specifically renowned for its goose and duck liver which is made into Foie Gras , the oysters cultivated at Arcachon, and the Brandy called Armagnac.

    For local specialities see :

Garbure is a local dish , but anyone with the recipe and the ingredients can make it anywhere:

lol got to any other country and beside Italy you find any real food, France is THE country of gastronomy wine has been invented in France, chinese people keep buying French vineyards, except Italy again, all countries that produce wine are wanna bes and their wine are THAT good, you have no taste my dude Yes, the cities turn out to be ugly when you go outside them but it's the same as every city everywhere => suburbs at night, haha... La Côte D'Azur is known for being rich, not for its beaches dumb ***, go to Marseilles, no one goes to the beach because it's shitty and dirty. If you wanna swim then fly to Corse and overseas territories. Also you said you lived there for 8 years the **** are you from then ?
