What do you do after your touch screen phone gets wet?

like it turns on ... and ONLY the bottom touch screen buttons dont work :(

    DAB at it with a napkin or cloth. (Notice I said dab not wipe). Make sure that its completely dried. If it got reaaallly wet, put it in a bowl of rice and keep it over night, as long as your phone is completely covered in rice, there's a chance it will absorb and moisture. Keep it for a bit, try it, it takes some phones awhile to regain it. If it doesn't work consider using your warranty if applicable. And here's some advice: buy screen protector, that stuff works, I get water on my phone screen alllll the time.

    Soak it in a bowl of dry rice so it absorbs

    let it airdry then after it dries, try it again.
