The law is unconstitutional because it is preempted by federal law under the Supremacy Clause. Further, its enforcement violates the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment.

I know about Alabama. We just do not like muslims. They are not Christians like us. By the way we do have weapons. We know how to use them.Source(s): I have been to Alabama. I know them. They are good people unless you are a muslim.
