You just stated that you have a temporary domestic order stating that he cannot take you off of his insurance? If you have that, then why are you still asking? It sounds like you know more about it than us. If you've gone to court and there are stipulations, then he must abide by them, otherwise you can take him back to court for it. I don't know the details of your case, but you should seek legal and professional advice because it sounds like he's shaking off all monetary ties. I don't know if you've filed for alimony or how long you've been with him, but it all depends on the state you live in and the amount of time you've been married. All states however, require that he pay child support if you are the custodial parent. In my state, the father is also required to continue paying health care for the child. Not necessarily for the mother.
