1972 Kennedy Half Dollar worth?

I'm trying to figure out the worth of this coin. I tried looking on ebay but they have an S or a D symbol undernearth the head. The coin I have has NO symbol but a little ribbon-like symbol on the neck. How do I figure out the worth of this coin?

you have what is called a 1972-P half dollar. This means it has no mint mark. The D mint mark is from Denver. the S is San Fran and the P ( no mark) is Philly. This coin is worth anywhere from .50 cents to five dollars depending on condition
