Tried to pay my nipsco bill and got this message:?

"Due to your account status one time payment is not allowed. Contact customer Service". What does that mean?. I never had this happen before.


Payment is not over due. I will contact them in the morning. I wanted to see if anyone else is getting this message too.

Update 2:

update: I made a payment on the 5th of October. I tried to make another payment but it was not allowed becasue you cannot make two payments in one month on line.

    Maybe you should contact Customer Service and ask them.

    Is your payment overdue? That could be why.
