Do any of you listen to "Prairie Home" on NPR?
Who listens to Prairie Home Companion on NPR?
That's Garrison Keillor's program where he talks about Lake Woebegone.

I used to be a faithful listener, now just catch it once in a while. Still entertaining. Still has the funny "commercials," such as Bertha's Kitty Boutique. And I love the segments on private investigator Guy Noir. I also enjoyed his first book about Lake Woebegone, although the movie, with Meryl Streep et al, was kinda odd. There's something so comfortable about Keillor's radio program - it's like pulling on comfortable slippers and curling up by the fireplace.

I did years ago, and lost touch with the program. Enjoyed it the radio show. Also, Keillor's books.
