If you can prove she knew anything about it, all you could get her for is criminal negligence. So far there haven't been any charges proven against anyone.

Eric Holder is most likely just going to get sentenced for perjury, and serve a minor sentence. Personally I think what he did constitutes treason, but come on he's a politician.
