Can bulimia cause liver enzymes to be slightly elevated?

The MD was the one who told me that!!!! I did look up on line and saw liver enzymes and anorexia! I was just asking may be someone knows more then me. You don't have to be rude, I am asking question like you are. If u don't want to answer don't it is a right that you have!!!!
