How should you train in the winter for the 1600?
I did not have the cross-country year I wanted so I was wondering what I should be doing to train for the 1600 over the winter. For instance what should my mileage be? When should I increase it? and Should I do two a days over winter break which is two weeks? My mileage was 35 miles a week in xc and i think it should be higher.
