The DeWalt is a drill, the Bosch is a Rotohammer, there is a big difference. The SDS is a special bit made to make holes in rock or concrete, the DeWalt is a drill that uses a standard bit and you can get a masonry bit fot them. The masonry bit will make a hole in concrete but it is very slow compared to the SDS. It depends so much on what you need. If it is general purpose around the house the DeWalt, for construction use in concrete or brick the Bosch. I prefer Milwaukee over DeWalt.

Out of those two i'd say Bosch. But personally i like Dewalt, Makita and Milwaukee.

Those two drills are so radically different from each other, I don't know how you can even compare them. Try a more "apples to apples" comparison. What are you going to be using it for?
