It's your hymen

It's just a barrier between your vagina. It can be ripped by other things besides sex

The other answer is correct. A lot of times it is already torn. It can happen with gymnastics, or horseback riding. Nothing "rips" in that it tears and would need repair. There may a little blood.

most girls can have ripped it due to daily activities besides intercourse and may or may not have noticed.

sometimes a bit of blood can be present but its nothing to worry about.
