As Jeff said, 46 cents per share per quarter. Times 4 quarters per year that is $1.84 per year. At a closing price of $37.04, that comes out to a annual yield of about 4.97%. Sure beats treasury bonds or any bank savings account. But don't invest on yield alone.

That said, in my opinion, there are stronger (better) utility investments out there, check Dominion Resources (D) or Southern Company (SO).

They are in cents. They paid 46 cents per share in each of the first 3 quarters of 2011.
