Take the Brooklyn-bound (5) train from Dyre Avenue to Brooklyn Bridge/City Hall. From there, walk onto Chambers Street until you reach Broadway, make a left and walk 2 blocks up, where you'll see 26 Federal Plaza.
I hope this information was very helpful.

From Dyer Avenue in the Bronx, take the the downtown 5 train all the way to Brooklyn Bridge-City Hall.
Once you get to Brooklyn Bridge-City Hall, exit the subway and follow the walking directions to 26 Federal Plaza, which is located on Worth Street and Broadway, on the map at the link below.

The fare on the subway is $2.25 one way with a pay-per-ride (regular fare) MetroCard or $2.50 with a SingleRide ticket.
Please note, due to heavy security at Federal Plaza you should arrive at your appointment earlier than scheduled so you can go through security.
I hope this information is very helpful.

Look for the GW Bridge bus on the Ft. Lee side. There are several bus stops marked with signs. Or just ask someone for the nearest stop. Get off at the GW Bridge station on the NY side (I think its the first stop). Follow the crowd off the bus & follow the signs to the A train. The A will take you right to Chambers St. Exit the station, Get you bearings & look for signs to Fed Plaza or ask a cop.
