Best place to get e-mail lists to target college students?

I need to purchase an email list to target college students. If possible, I want an option to get a location-specific list, but one that targets the entire country (US) works also.

Also, I'd prefer a credible source, I cannot buy a list with 70% dead email addresses since I don't have much to start with and really would love to see some traffic generate on the website I am trying to market.

Any advice is appreciated! thanks.

Okay when I went this is what I used. Get a mini ironing board, Iron, Hamper, Clothes hangers, Printer (it sucks to have to walk far just to get something printed), ink, paper for printer, something to use as a night stand, alarm clock, sheets (2-3) sets, a comforter, 2 pillows, a shower caddy (even if you share a bathroom you don't want to leave your stuff in there), a bath robe (if you use it), at least 4 towels, a throw blanket (sometimes there is conflict with the AC or Heat, this happened to me), A small vacuum, dvd player, an umbrella, 2 mugs, a few tupperware (when I ate out I put leftovers in these), a fan, a small lamp, a small trash can . That is all I can think of for now. Buy all your food and cleaning supplies, tolietries, and school supplies when you get there. Sorry its so much stuff, but thats everything I used lol. I don't think you will go over your budget. Get everything from walmart, but the shower caddy will be at bed bath and beyond. I'd get them little by little, if you see something you need on sale grab it.
