why babies shouldn't get the same infection twice?

Well I really need help with my science h/w and i don't understand the question. Any suggestions answers please

    They shouldn't get the same infection twice as their bodies would have immunity from the first infection. They can sometimes appear to be the same ie the common cold but there will be a variation to it.

    Most infections cause us to build up immunity. Such as people usually only get the chicken pox once.

    in a perfect world, no one should get an infection once. wash all hands better to prevent the spread of infection.
