How to properly wire a 110 volt hot tub control box?

I bought it used and someone wired it wrong. I bought new relays for it, but there is a wire missing from one of the coils on a relay. I believe there may be a wire out of place. It is 110 volts and has a dual speed pump. There are 3 switches. One switch is for the light which works fine. The other two switches (buttons) are for High and Low powered jets. There is a solid state timer and a thermostat as well. There is also a relay that looks like and Ice Cube. I believe it is DPDT (the only one on there). The other 2 relays are SPDT. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have created a wiring diagram of how it is wired now, but like I said, I believe it is not wired correctly. I could not find any wire diagrams for this model. It is about 20 years old, but the tub is in great shape. As it is wired now, it will turn on when I plug it in, but it won't turn off unless I unplug it. Please help. I can include the diagram I made if you would like to see it.
