We are sorry to see you go, but we have sent a request to Accounting to cancel your membership and process a refund. A supervisor will call you back and issue you a return authorization code so that we can process your refund/request. Would you be available for a short call sometime between 10am-2pm tomorrow for a call with the supervisor regarding your authorization code for refund?
