I am not running since one month due to ankle pain and burning, how long for resting and icing is advisable?

How long will I have to wait till I start running again, cant wait to start running again ;(

    Healing time varies from 2 weeks to a few months. Take your time, listen to your body. If it feels better that is your sign. Remember RICE - Rest Ice Compression Elevation.
