Any easy baking/dessert recipes?

Ok, so for science class, we have to do a creative visual aid project. I want to make some sweets like cookies or cream puffs. It has to be similar to a nucleus. So I was thinking cream puffs because the cream in the middle is like a nucleus.... any ideas or recipes?

This may sound silly but why not make a cream cheese pie and use fruit to draw out a nucleus on top? Or even do the whole cell design with.fruit and write out what each fruit portrays. For example... Bluberries represent the nucleus or what have you. Either way its simple to make the pie. Just get a premade graham cracker crust, two bricks cream cheese, about a cup of sour cream, a tsp. of vanilla, a cup and a half of granulated sugar, fruit and you have all you need. Soften the cream cheese, mix in other ingredients and fill graham cracker crust. Now take your fruit and make your diagram... On a pie!
