"parler" not "dire"
à with an accent
"il ne veut pas répondre"--vouloir takes the infinitive.
I'm also not convinced about your reasoning, answering questions and talking aren't necessarily the same thing.Source(s): LOL have a French-speaking husband and teenage daughter!
