Started my healthy diet plan.. How am I doing?

Ok so i'm 5'9 (male) and weight about 166 lbs... I started to eat 'healthier' for about two weeks now... I notice my pounds dropping, I dropped about 4 lbs... haven't noticed a change tho.. but here is what I eat today

Fruity Pebbles Cereal w/ 1% Milk

Orange Juice

Banana

Turkey/Ham sandwich on wheat with fat free mayo

Applsauce

Water

Chicken breast

BBQ sauce

Green beans/corn boiled

Apple

I consumed about 1500 calories

that was today and yesterday here is what I eat

Oatmeal (cinamin) w/1% milk

banana

Corned Beef on wheat w/ light mayo

water

fat free/sugar free pudding

Stir fried beef w/ beef, tomatoes, onions, & green peppers w/ seasoning

greenbeans

corn

ice tea

I consumed 1700 calories... so how am I doing?
