Are hallucinations while on drugs the same as someone with a mental disorder?

I mean do they often see the same imagery and effects or not? I have reason to believe it may be different on some level

    They can be considered similar, but I think the experiences themselves tend to be vastly different. You should ask a psychologist this question. I think they would agree with me and help explain why. I think the nature of the experiences are similar but only because we know so little as a society about the human brain.

    Yes. Schizophrenics have the ability to see into different realities. They were just born into a society that paints them as crazy, and they believe it.
