Which veggies work for this?

What are some veggies I could steam on Sunday and Tuesday night and take in my lunch cold for the school days? Or would it be better to just do raw?

    Well anything really & you could do either, depending if you like them better raw or cooked.

    broccoli, carrots, celery, peppers
