Do all film camera need uv filters?
Will multicoated uv filters have an advantage over single coated uv filters.

Film camera - that is the key point.
Film is sensitive to UV so by using a UV filter it removes the UV component of light, which in sunny conditions would effect the exposure and the way an image could look.
It also had the other benefit of protecting the front of the lens - so they are still used today but for lens protection

Multicoated is always better than single coated.
Some users need UV filters on their lenses.

However, there is such a thing as uncoated filters. They are a lot less expensive than coated filters, and it depends what your budget and beliefs are as to which is better.
