Should school staff who aid illegals be prosecuted for violating federal law as accessories after the fact?

Austinville Elementary School Principal Beth Hales said it was a tough Thursday morning at her school. Seven Hispanic families took their children out of school.

“Parents, students, teachers and the principal were crying,” Hales said. “It’s tough because you get to know the children and their families.”

The reason behind the departures was fear of Alabama’s new illegal-immigration law. Parts of the law not blocked by a judge’s ruling went into effect Thursday.

nope, the Alabama law is unconstitutional, won't be upheld. Alabama has really tapped it's racist roots on this one.
