    I only know 2 ways.

    1) Type the words and go into 'Insert' and click on shapes, choose the rectangle and draw it over the words. If the box is solid (you can't see the words underneath), while the box is still selected, click 'edit' and click 'shape fill' and choose 'no fill'.

    2) Go into 'Insert' and choose text box. Draw it and type the words into the text box. While the text box is still selected, click 'edit', click 'shape fill' and choose 'no fill'. Click 'shape outline' and choose the colour you would like the box to be.

    Hope I helped! :)
