Cyber-bullying is harassing, humiliating, threatening or embarrassing another person through electronic methods, such as instant messaging, email or text messaging.

Cyberbullying may also include cyber-harassment or cyber-stalking.

"Cyberbullying" is when a minor or group of minors are trying to harm another underage person by using various information and communication technologies, such as Internet, mobile phones or other digital and interactive tools. However, this term should not be confused with cyberstalking or cyber-harassment, where the adults are involved.

Cyber bullying is making fun of someone or harassment online. You CAN go to jail for it if you threaten with death threats, or if it looks like it may endanger the victim's life.

If someone is Cyber bullying, you have proof RIGHT THERE! Screen shot, save it, anything and show an adult!

Harassing or bullying someone online or with other technology. I would say cell phones and such are included in this.
