don't take rejection so personal. many times we see it as a direct reflection on who we are when in fact it's just the other person feeling a different way or different needs.

once you realize it's not you it's them for real, you'll feel more comfortable taking chances. plus image how great your life would be if made more positive and reasonable risks. the odds are your going to win eventually. but you can't win if you don't play.

Just keep thinking its better to have atleast tried than wonder "what if" for the rest of your life. Everyone gets rejected one time or another...you don't want to live in regret of not knowing. What's the worst that could happen if you do get rejected? You're embarrassed for two seconds and then its ON TO THE NEXT ONE!

  • Repeat in your head or better, outloud : " No more fear, no more fear" in the softest, most relaxed tone for as long as you can and have to. as soon as you hit that peak of confidence and maybe even slight spiritual enlightenment that reassures you there really isn't anything to worry about, you will hopefully find a window where you get the charge and confidence that will put you in the grove with people and situations, a warm spirit travels to other people and also boosts your confidence

Source(s): just a wierd method I made up and stumbled upon that helps me overcome obsessive thoughts and doubts.

Understand that rejection isn't going to kill you ... it's going to teach you to find other ways to succeed.
