Cost of living trust?
We live in California. We want to set up living trust for our kids, and we met a lawyer, who asked $5000. Our friend just recently did their living trust which cost $2000 (they had existing living trust). How much should it really cost? Is $5000 too much?

It isn't how much the fee is that matters. What matters is how it is written. Also, most clients just do not understand the principles of a trust.
I have heard of trusts that were charged $5,000.
Reminder: The trust is worth nothing if you do not fund it.Source(s): life

they would not value you something in any respect. in basic terms drop in during the midsection of the day and be constructive to the guy on the front table. Be arranged to coach you're legally entitled to a replica.
