is the word o'er an old english word?
is this word obsolete now? its no longer a part of modern english rite it is now like thy or thee or thou. if not i need help finding a text with archaic diction. this is for english class

Yes, "o'er" is archaic.
One of the best references for archaic diction is the King James Bible.

Yes, it used to be used as another word, or a shortened term for saying 'over'.
