How often do you take a break from your workout routine?

Like you ever take a week off and if so how often?

Also, do you feel that it is necessary in order for the body to rebuild and repair itself, allowing it to come back stronger?

    Well my eexercise is typing answers on yahoo answer, so I never break my routine.

    1-2 days depending on how hard I went at it to let my muscles relax.
