None what so ever, however it has been the policy of government to seize what they claim they need under eminent domain which is as ant free as it gets.

Just try not using the fascist banking system. The government will take every single thing you own and consider you a "terrorist" or a "drug dealer" and they need absolutely no proof to do so either. You're not considered a "real American" by the Nazi regime that lords over the country unless you enslave yourself to the banks by getting indebted to them. The plan is for you to get indebted starting with college, then get more debt by "buying" an overpriced house that's worth less than what you owe, then whoring yourself out to corporations if you're lucky enough to get and keep a job that will pay for it all. That's the American Dream.

Consent is implied between the government and the governed, at least in a country where you are free to leave. If you don't like it, I hear Somalia is nice this time of year. You won't face this problem there.

Boy George Bush made a killing when the city of Arlington used eminent domain to condemn private property and build his crappy ball team a new stadium at taxpayer expense.

Hell, we don't even have sovereignty over our own bodies any more. Why would they care about property? We haven't been free for a loooooong time.
