Why isn't my Android phone recognizing that it's plugged into my computer?

I own a Samsung Transform from Sprint. I used to be able to connect it to my computer to transfer music, pictures, etc. Now, when I plug it into the computer, the phone doesn't recognize that it's plugged in. The computer does, but I don't get the option to "Mount" my phone for USB storage in my notifications.

Perhaps you do not have the correct drivers for the USB or phone. Try to google ur USB drivers. If your computer has USB 1.0 that may also be the problem
