Christians: Is the story of Abraham completely and entirely factual?

What you you personally think? I mean, it's not really possible to live to 175 years old like Abraham supposedly did, is it? I'm sure a lot of it is simply the story of Abram's journey but some of it seems too stupid to be true to me.

That was then, this is now. That's nothing compared to the lifespans in the fifth chapter of Genesis. Methuselah lived 969 years.
