Will incoming calls from other countries show up on my home phone bill?

My friend from Canada wants to call me and I live in Texas.

I wanted to know if it was going to show up on the phone bill?

And what about if he blocked the number?

Thank you.

It will show up if you have detailed billing, you wouldn't be charged for it unless it's collect, or your phone plan is a monitored (minute) plan which is unlikely these days. The phone co absolutely tracks ALL calls. Blocking a number only hides it from your caller id, the phone company still see's who's calling.

    no and no

land line phone service providers do not keep track of incoming calls, and do not itemize incoming calls on the bill since you are not charged for the call..
