Graphics card upgrade possible?

I've been eye-balling the Radeon HD6950, but I'm afraid it may not work with my rig. I've only built my computer two years ago on HP's website. Here's all the information about my computer I know how to share:

Model: e9250t.

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU 750 @ 2.67GHz 2.67GHz(Don't know why that's showing twice).

RAM: 6.00 GB.

System Type: 64-bit Operating System.

Windows 7 Home Premium.

Graphics Card: ATI Radeon HD4850.

Chipset: Intel P55 Express.

And here's what I think my Motherboard is; I only found this by typing in "e9250t" on the site( I built it from and this was all that came up:

All I want to know is if I the Radeon HD6950 will work with my rig without any upgrades, besides maybe a new case because it's already tight enough in there. I know the 4850 is 9inches while the 6950 is 11.3!

If needed information about the 6950, here it is:

Please don't hesitate to ask for anymore needed information! I will try my best to provide it!

Well I've been also looking at the GTX 560Ti as well. So if anyone knows about either or, that would be wonderful!

Update 2:

Also, if anyone can recommend me a graphics card that could possibly be better than either of these, let me know! These are the only two that aren't too expensive and perform well! Though, the GTX 560Ti is smaller and I won't need a new case, I might go with that.

Update 3:

What I have here is a bunch of pictures taken of my computer's insides and out:

List of what was put into it when it was being built:

Here is what was beside that list:

Update 4:

For some odd reason this graphics card is(what it appears to be) mounted onto the motherboard on the "back" side of the card:

The back side of the card once again, but you can see the mounting on the mother board a little clearer:

Not sure what the hell this is, found it on the motherboard as well:

Found this on the outside:
