Are sprints a good way to lose fat and gain muscle?

    strength training does not burn fat faster...it puts muscle on faster but if you want to do that you cannot be losing fat as its very difficult to lose weight and bulk up on muscle

    losing fat is done with cardio.

    strength training is typically better than any cardio. sure cardio doesnt hurt but strength training burns fat faster.
