A = έ x l x c

so, έ = A / l x c

what number are you using for A? 18.4? 0.184? or some other number?

έ has units of M-1 cm-1

to get έ of 700/M-cm, A must be what?

700 x 1.05cm x 0.001M = A = 0.735
