Did I eat healthy today?

Breakfast:

Special K cereal (200)

Lunch:

Low Fat Tasti Delite with mini choco. chips (about 250? not sure)

Snack:

Latte (40)

Dinner:

medium portion of vegetarian Indian food. (a bit of rice, a little piece of bread, cauliflower, a tiny bit of lentils.) didn't eat until stuffed, just until not hungry.

Dessert: 2 pieces of chocolate. Hot lemon and honey drink.

I'm trying to lose weight! was aiming at 1200 today but lost count.

    Not enough food, and not very good choices either. Special K, chocolate, and honey are all packed with sugar.
