In response to Juicy Jamie's comment:
As a client of PSK, in my opinion, I feel my experience to be a bit different from that which was described above. While I admit, I may not be fully aware of the quality of the company as an employee, as a client (regular for the past year and a half and sporadic beforehand), I must say the Phone Sex Kingdom is an excellent company providing top notch service to its customers. Of course, this is my opinion and also based on fact.
I have called a few of the different operators, and while they all have their different styles (or characters), they have all treated me respectfully and have worked hard to satisfy my personal needs. They have never made me feel rushed nor unimportant and it's due to this service that I call back again and again.
As far as questioning their ethics, I have felt my information is secure and kept private when I have provided it to them. Even if being a phone sex operator is a business that is frowned upon, the key is that it is a business and as with any customer service business, steps must be taken to protect customer information at all costs. Never have I seen a questionable charge or overcharge on my card after a call and the prices are listed up front on their website for all to see. I have also not been spammed with email or called by any third party companies in relation to my original correspondence with PSK.
In reference to Nicole, the owner, my opinion is that the description of her is inaccurate. During the one or two times I have emailed her in regards to an issue or concern, she has always responded cordially and timely and she was very open minded and accommodating to my situation. Yes, I will agree that sometimes she goes straight to the point, but she is a business woman and has a company to run and many men to keep happy (which she has obviously continued successfully for the past twelve years). I do not view her as dishonest or unethical and I believe if I had brought her company ethics into question, she would do whatever in her power to make it right.
With all due respect, even if your experience is bad, I feel it is unprofessional and inconsiderate to bash a company that has obviously built you to be strong enough to strike out on your own. Your gratitude is the correct response; minus the potential sarcasm. I wish you luck in starting out on your own and I have a feeling you will do quite well. But in my opinion, I don't think it wise to try to beat your competition through potentially slanderous remarks when it is much easier to prove your worth and your ability to come out on top to the client base.
Good luck in the future.
