    Disagree.

Most overrated is those stupid ******* Insane Clown Posse logo tattoo, I saw a guy with one a couple weeks ago and wanted to punch his face in for being a grown man and listening to that horrible, horrible excuse for music.

It depends on the tattoo. The tattoo that's most overrated to me is when someone gets a tattoo of their girlfriend/boyfriend's name. I mean, if they break up, they're pretty much screwed. Unless he can find another girlfriend with the name "carrey"...

I love properley done tattoos. Problem with them being overrated is the school kids getting crap ones done illegally.

Most overrated: Tribals on men's arms (only musclar men can pull it off, same with sleeves, but you get skinny boys getting them) and 'tramp stamp' lower back tattoos on women.

    Lower back tattoos on girls.

I know one girl who got a Playboy bunny there when she was 14. Yes, 14!

Most of the people I know have one and I just don't understand the appeal.
