*Haunted* places in Pasadena and Altadena:
Haunted Forest at Cobb Estate, Altadena
You go up Lake to where it ends at Alta Loma, there are big gates, that's the Cobb Estate. It was donated to the government as a nature area years ago.
On the map, go to Satellite view, then zoom in and do Street View - facing the hills, and use the right arrow to turn the view and you'll see the gates and the trails, right where Lake and Alta Loma meet.
Here is a map of the trails:
Other *Haunted* Places in Pasadena / Altadena:
Zane Grey (author) Mansion, Altadena. I don't think it's abandoned.
Gravity Hill - mid-way between Sunny Oaks and the un-named street.
Suicide Bridge, Pasadena
MAP to all locations -
A) Zane Grey Mansion
B) Gravity Hill
C) Cobb Estate / Haunted Forest
D) Suicide Bridge
Supposedly the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals overlooking the Arroyo is haunted. It was originally a hotel and then was used as a military hospital in the 1940's. I don't know of any articles, but I've heard stories from people who work there.

Try YouTube, there should be some videos of kids at these places.

... coming from alhambra... Take 210 west Exit on Lake Ave Go north til you hit a street called Altadena Right on Altadena Left on Porter Go straight uphill Left at the T-intersection Go down for a little bit.. after two dips there will be a downhill then a short bend to the left... that will be the hill. ... there's more, but it's not specifically directions - more like what you'll find once you arrive.
