Could America be accused of Colonialism?

Update:

Light vs Dark would you please clarify and give examples? Thanks

Update 2:

The African colonial politician (ACP) feigns repulsion towards the hegemonic paradigms of Western civilization. But at the same time, he is completely enamored of the trappings of its aristocracy or elite culture. The ACP blames and caricatures whitey to no end for all that has gone wrong in the world. He convinces the masses that various forms of African socialism are the best way for redressing the problems that European colonialism motivated in Africa. However, as opposed to really being a hard-core African Leftist who actually believes in something, the ACP uses socialist themes as a way to disguise his true ambitions: a complete power grab whereby the "will of the people" becomes completely irrelevant.

Barack Obama is all of the above. The only difference is that he is here playing (colonial) African politics as usual.

Update 4:

I guess what I'm asking is is Obama right is this America?

Update 5:

I only asked a question NiHil the rest is from the americanthinker

The colonial empires receded interior the mid 20h century however the resentment of former inhabitants of the ecu empires remained. They have been made 2nd classification matters withing their own international places. D'Souza reported "Neo-Colonialism"-a defacto extension of the old international empires with the aid of monetary and cultural domination of former colonies via america and others. it could be complicated to make a case against Anti-Colonials who desire to take administration of their own destinies. The thrust of the 2016 communicate is that Barach Obama strongly identifies with the third international and is extra attuned to internationalism than the persisted prosperity and empowerment of america. He has seen firsthand, the squalor and misery that the detrimental of many of the international endures and considers it in basic terms and proper that human beings stay on the comparable point.

The United States could be, as it owned colonies in the past, such as Puerto Rico and the Philippines.

Edit: Why are people denying history? It is not up for debate that America colonized a number of countries.

No, the fools really did say that!

Accusation mean nothing. It's the truth that Liberals will never tell.

I mean..yeah... that's kind of how this country was started.

The early settlers were called colonists. We took over Guam, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, all in the name of expansion.

No, but the United States could, because it colonized. For example--the Philippines.

Yes! That's how we destroyed Africa even to this day.

Edit: You gave a pretty weak argument. Though I've been call a "conspiracy theorist " when I detail the REAL facts that our leaders (some former) have even confessed to.
