I'm having the same problem. Revlon stopped making it and I can't find it anywhere. My mistake was buying it in bulk and by the time I'm nearly out, it can't be found, unless I pay $29.99 for two plus shipping, online. (No way). I used to buy it at the 99 cents store too, and the Dollar Tree. It smells sooooo gooood! I only have 1 or 2 bottles left and that's it. I share in your heartache!
I just went to Revlon's website http://www.revlon.com/Revlon-Home/Revlon-General/Contact.aspx
and sent them an email asking if they'll ever re-manufacture Flex or if they have any conditioner that smells like it. Here's their phone contact info. Phone Number: 1-800-473-8566. Fax:1-919-603-2953.

I LOVE the smell of the Flex products. I couldn't find them anymore at stores and read some people online suggesting that they were discontinued, so I wrote to Revlon. Here is the response that I got:
"Thank you for your recent comments from the Revlon website and your
interest in our products. Sometimes, because of fashion trends and limited consumer demand, it
becomes necessary to discontinue an otherwise excellent product.
Unfortunately, Flex is no longer being manufactured."
So stock up on Ebay girls, as that lovely balsam scent is vanishing forever. Very sad as it is such a gorgeous, spicy, creamy, scent, and very unique. :-(
