業主單方面清場!

在租期內9月15日.又沒欠租...只是之前有提及8月31日想退租,業主說到時再找佢.但本人在8月尾沒有再聯絡業主.但在9月7日前.業主在(聯絡不到本人)的情況下把屋內本人的東西取去.同時再出租比别人.現想請問怎樣取回私人物品.需要發票嗎?

    I suggest you to contact the police in this case.

    Even the rent is past due, the landlord does not have any legal right to re-possess or enter tenant's premise, even it belongs to the landlord.

    The only way for landlord to do it is either mutual agreement or court order.

    In this case, what landlord has done is illegal as a criminal matter.
