I have a concrete beam with dimensions 1m long x 0.07m wide x 0.12m deep

It weighs 20.5Kg, and broke under a load of 110.1Kg.

The beam was placed between 2 points (the 2 points were 0.975m apart) and the load was placed in the centre (487.5mm from either end)

I need to need to calculate the maximum bending tensile strength allowing for the effect of the self weight, ie a UDL is applied as well as the concentrated load.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance
