請問英文當中dollar 的口語化??

就是常在美國影集或電影上聽到

例如:花了我500塊

it cost me 500 dollars

可是我聽到的是

it cost me 500 "bux"?

我是用我聽到音拚出來的 所以想請問的是

這個字正確的拼法跟來源

    There are so many ways to say it:

    $5 = 5 dollars = 5 bucks = 5 smackers = 5 clams or = 5 any of the followings:

    "dosh", "dough", "shillings", "frogskins", "duckets", "greenbacks", "scrilla", "loot", "bones", "coin", "folding stuff", "honk", "lolly", "lucre"/"filthy lucre", "moola/moolah", "readies", "spondulicks/spondoolic(k)s", "Spondoolies" and "wonga"

    也有類似”四個小朋友“的說法:green

    例如:"You'll save yourself some green."

    因為美金大多呈現”綠色“,所以也有這種非正式的說法。

    在電影"Lincoln Lawyer"(非法正義)裡面,就有"Mr. Green"這樣的用法。
