Skateboards use 608 (the standard size specification) bearings the same as most inline skates.
Inline skates can use any size as long as the wheels and bearing spacers match the bearings.
Some inline hockey wheels use 688 (aka micro) bearings which were used for a short time by racers until they decided they were slower than standard 608 bearings.
ABEC refers to a specification for vibration that is not applicable to skates or boards. You would need to be going over 200 mph for the ABEC rating to be important.
